Wingchesters is Colorado. And Colorado is local craft beer from creative, passionate brewmasters.  It is grass fed beef, and fresh produce, raised and grown on ranches and farms throughout our mountains and plains. Colorado is getting outside, working hard, playing harder, and grabbing a bite and a drink with your favorite people afterwards.  It's right here, in Rifle, Colorado, at Wingchesters.

Founded by a small group of Colorado locals, who believe Colorado cuisine is not all about kale.  We are skiers, ranch owners, Broncos fans, fathers, mothers, daughters, and sons, and all of that can create a pretty big appetite.
